Compensation $26 - $34/hour based on experience Full-Time Benefits Continuing Education & Uniform Allowance + Free VetBloom access (RACE-approved CE) CVT/LVT/RVT license reimbursement RECOVER Training for advanced CPR skills Veterinary Technician Education Sponsorships + VTNE reimbursement + VTS Support 16-Week VTNE Study Group Professional Development Assistance PTO Working a holiday = DOUBLE PAY Employee Referral Bonuses + Employee Pet Discount Access exclusive financial benefits to help you save on student loans, mortgages, and personal loans NVA Pet Resort Discount + Pet Insurance Discount Medical, Dental, Vision + HSA/FSA Options Insurance Options: Life and AD&D + Short & Long-Term Disability + Critical Illness + Accident + Hospital Indemnity 401(k) with employer match Employee Assistance Program Schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities available 3-4 ten-hour shifts This position may be structured as a hybrid role combining Supply Chain Coordinator responsibilities with clinical shifts as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, or non-clinical shifts as a Client Service Representative Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory and supply chain operations to help ensure the hospital has the supplies needed to support patient care Monitor inventory accuracy, par levels, product usage, and supply flow Coordinate purchasing and ordering while maintaining appropriate inventory levels Partner with vendors to support competitive pricing, product availability, and reliable supply Reconcile orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Maintain organized and efficient storage, inventory, and ordering systems Support inventory audits, reporting, and supply chain planning Collaborate with clinical teams, hospital leadership, and regional supply chain partners Help manage costs while maintaining reliable access to essential hospital supplies Qualifications 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field Medical or veterinary experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with inventory data, systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, leadership, vendors, and other partners Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment Fluent English speaking and reading skills required About PEAK Veterinary Referral Center PEAK is a 14,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art multi-specialty veterinary hospital providing care to pets throughout the region.
