Certified Maintenance Technician

Job Description
BeMoreStaffing is seeking CertifiedApartment Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-perm assignment at an apartment community. Qualifiedcandidates will have hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. HVACexperience and/or EPA certification is highly desirable. Applicantsmust have their own tools and reliable transportation. Must haveproof if EPA, Type 1, 2, 3, Universal or other certification.

Responsibilities

Performgeneral maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting
Repairand maintain structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
Deliverexcellent customer service to clients, residents, and team members
Respondpromptly and professionally to resident service requests
Prepareunits for new move-ins, ensuring all standards are met
Executeannual preventative maintenance programs
Performgrounds maintenance, including debris pickup, sweeping, andlight landscaping as needed
Assistwith special projects as assigned by management

Requirements& Qualifications

Minimumof 6 months of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar environment
Experiencein unit make-ready, apartment repairs, and basic groundskeeping
HVACexperience and certification preferred
Validdriver's license and reliable transportation required
Possessbasic maintenance tools necessary to perform daily tasks
Strongorganizational skills and ability to work independently or aspart of a team
ApartmentMaintenance: 1-2 years
PropertyMaintenance: 1-2 years
HVAC:1-2 years (preferred)
