\n \nBubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Meat Cutter who is detail-oriented and doesn’t mind frigid temperatures.
\n \nAs a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include:
\n- \n
- Reading prep sheet \n
- Following Bubba’s 33 specs \n
- Tracking product yield \n
- Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment \n
- Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized \n
- Following storage and rotation procedures \n
- Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices \n
- Exhibits teamwork \n
