Litigation Associate

Our growing national law firm client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice in Boston. This is a strong opportunity for an associate looking to gain meaningful responsibility while representing businesses and individuals in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The role offers hands-on experience across pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and case strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Role Overview The associate will work on a broad range of complex business litigation matters, including: Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings Managing written and document discovery Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy Supporting complex corporate and commercial disputes Taking and defending depositions Participating in hearings and court appearances Working directly with clients on case strategy and developments Managing matters and deadlines with increasing independence Candidate Profile J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school 2-4 years of commercial or business litigation experience Active admission to the Massachusetts Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and e-discovery Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
