Job Summary Banquet Bartenders are responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to understand the guest's needs while preparing the perfect beverages in a timely manner. Job Specifications Expected Pay Range: starting $8.01 per hour plus service charge The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience. Shift & Schedule Availability: Part‑time positions available weekends and holidays Job Responsibilities Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages consistently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized bar, including setup and breakdown. Assist in inventory management and restocking. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines. Job Requirements Minimum of 18 years of age. At least 2 years of previous bartending experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment.
