REGISTERED NURSE

Intermountain Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you'll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families while documenting in an EHR. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across the patient continuum. Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor status, and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols. Document accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory and safety standards. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
