Your Role as a Quality Technician As part of our Quality Assurance team, you'll help ensure that every product that leaves our floor meets or exceeds expectations.

Daily responsibilities include :

• Performing manual and automated inspections and measurements (incoming, in-process, and final)
• Measuring products with calipers, comparators, and additional quality inspection gauges
• Documenting inspection results and participating in process audits
• Assisting in the creation of work instructions and training coworkers on measurement tools
• Perform process and product audits to ensure products meet specified requirements
• Participating in continuous improvement and product quality planning

What You Bring

• Associates degree or 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and use measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Associate degree or technical training preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; MRP/ERP systems, and ISO standards a plus
