Job Description

Responsibilities:

Serve as a customer relationship manager
Schedule appointments
Write Estimates
Convery all necessary information including cost, necessary parts and work needed to the customer
Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs.
Monitor service progress with each technician

Requirements:

Work experience and product knowledge may be advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy and knowledge of mechanical software programs
Two to four years related experience and/or training
