This facility operates as a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic delivering outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population in New Mexico. The clinic maintains established clinical protocols and a full support staff to facilitate efficient and quality care delivery. Clinicians are expected to integrate internal medicine management into the structured framework of the IHS environment.

New Mexico offers notable natural landmarks, including Gila Cliff Dwellings, White Sands National Park, and Petroglyph National Monument, alongside cultural sites such as Taos Pueblo and the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. The area also features the Sandia Peak Tramway, a 2.7-mile aerial tram that ascends over 4,000 feet to the crest of the Sandia Mountains, offering views of the surrounding valley. The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. The clinician will work collaboratively with a full support staff to support the care needs of the patient population. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
