• 10 am - 10 pm shift -- 12-hour days
• Average admits per day: 6 - 10
• Critical access hospital
• 4 - 5 nurses on support staff
• No procedures required
• Med/surg and ICU patient coverage
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
