Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Irving, TX area, is seeking a receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be part of the front office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a welcoming attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the job?

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrival and maintain security protocols.
• Provide visitors with accurate information and answer inquiries professionally.
• Screen, forward, and manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Maintain and update employee and department directories, schedules, and calendars.

What's needed?

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Professional attitude and polished appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
