Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our outpatient center, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

- Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead structured group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to share experiences, learn from each other, and build community connections. \n
- Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions that focus on clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies and personalized action plans. \n
- Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to formulate individualized, goal-driven treatment plans that reflect their unique preferences and needs. \n
- Monitoring Progress: Assess and document client progress using a variety of assessment tools, consistently evaluating and adapting approaches as necessary. \n
- Team Collaboration: Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care. This includes regular communication and strategy sessions about complex client cases. \n
Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30. This population often faces a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a counselor, you will work to inspire hope and encourage resilience, guiding clients and their families through their journeys toward recovery and improved mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n
- A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory. \n
We require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in mental health treatment settings. Experience in outpatient care, especially with young adults, will be highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and group facilitation is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits include:
