We are currently seeking a skilled dentist to join our team in Harts and Cedar Grove, WV, where you will provide high-quality dental care and contribute to our mission of enhancing patient health and well-being. Our focus on patient care has helped build a dental program that provides services out of eight locations.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatments, including restorative and preventative procedures.Diagnose oral health conditions and create effective treatment plans.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations.Work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional care.Qualifications:DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.Valid state dental license in West Virginia or eligibility to obtain one.Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.Commitment to continuing education and professional development.What We Offer:Competitive salary with additional incentive potential.Supplemental compensation of 10.35%, up to $23,000 annually, to support your 403b plan.Flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance.Comprehensive benefits for those working at least 30 hours per week.Opportunities to work at multiple locations.Continuing Dental Education (CDE) allowance and dedicated CDE days.Coverage for licensure expenses.Sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team.Join Valley Health and become an integral part of a collaborative, community-focused healthcare team that takes a holistic approach to patient care.
