Operations Verification Associate – Beckett Team We are currently looking for Operations Verification Associates to join our Beckett team. In this role, you’ll help correctly identify sports trading cards. The ideal candidate will be computer‑savvy with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of sports trading cards is a must! You’ll report to the Director of Operations, Beckett and work from our Plano, TX office. Schedule Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑5:00 pm What You’ll Do Identify trading cards and associated varieties (Sports Trading Cards) Ability to research to find the correct information about trading cards Communicate effectively with co‑workers and other departments as needed Communicate with manufacturers if needed – Topps, Upper Deck, and Panini Help maintain and update the database Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise, ensuring its security and proper handling throughout all process stages Other duties as assigned Who You Are 1‑3 years’ experience with trading cards/collecting, playing. 1‑3 years of experience in the collectible card industry (buying, selling, trading) Firsthand knowledge of sports trading cards Strong research and cataloging skills Effective problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent* Must be 18 or older* Physical Requirements Computer use: typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time Hand use: regular hand use for various tasks Hearing requirements: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds Sitting or standing: ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Hourly Rate The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $18.50. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
