Sr Project Engineer

Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Sr Project Engineer/Area Manager with CEI FDOT experience in Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to Hill's North Florida Vice President of Roadways & Highways in Orlando and Jacksonville
• Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program
• Plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members
• Develops and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures
• Reviews programs for conformance with Department standards
• Direct and assign specific tasks to Inspectors and assist in all phases of the construction project
• Responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required
• Registered in the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer
• 6 years of engineering experience, 2 years of which are in major road or bridge construction
• FDOT Advanced MOT
• CTQP Final Estimates Level II
• CTQP Quality Control Manager
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
