- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or stainless components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials prior to and after welding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team.
