Absence and Accommodation Coordinator

Description Location: UCHealth Administrative Office - Colorado Department: UCHlth Benefits Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $61,443 - $92,164 / annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary Coordinates activities and flow of work for leave and accommodation programs. Responsibilities Serves as the primary case manager for employee leave and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, company-specific leaves). Maintains confidential records in the leave management system and coordinates medical documentation, certification tracking, and other required documentation. Partners with benefits, payroll, leaders, and HRBP's to ensure accurate and successful leave and accommodation management and education. Maintains compliance with applicable leave and accommodation policies, laws, and regulations. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. 2 years HR experience, preferably in leave or benefits administration. Employees are our number one asset.
