Key Accountabilities Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and Nyrstar standards Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to a safe work environment Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture Demonstrate strong leadership qualities Requirements / Qualifications 3 years underground hard rock mining experience Excels in drilling, bolting, scaling, blasting, loader and hoist infill Experience with mine specific equipment Ability to obtain explosives license 7 days on / 7 days off rotating shifts Additional Information Benefits start on day 1 Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plan Access to Employee Assistance program Employee discounts for local attractions Monthly company performance bonus (As earned based on company hourly bonus program.
