Job Details Job Location: Exton, PA 19341 Salary Range: $20.81 - $20.81 Hourly Part-Time and Full-Time positions available, offering 1.5-35 hours per week. Cases available between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily Behavior Interventions will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid certification! *Courses completed directly through BII will be provided at no cost. Position: Behavior Technician (BT) Location: Exton, Downingtown, West Chester, Landenberg, Coatesville, Avondale, Atglen, Pay: $20.81 per hour clinical rate for direct treatment to clients; $17.36 per hour administrative rate ( $26.53 with Registered Behavior Technician credential) Bonus: $500 Sign-On Bonus Schedules: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available. The training program includes online webinars, role-play and competency-based practice, and direct observation of service provided with a concentration on specific skills. At the conclusion of the training, trainees will have the necessary requirements completed to schedule their RBT exam. (BII) was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a focus to provide quality ABA services to individuals 18 months through 21 years. BII specializes in the treatment of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication and developmental delays, and challenging behaviors. Services are provided in Delaware, Central and southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey.
