As a Virtual Sales Executive, you'll guide clients through important financial decisions — all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do
- Connect with clients via virtual appointments to understand their needs and recommend insurance solutions.
- Use warm leads — absolutely no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
- Complete our step-by-step training program and obtain your state life insurance license (if not already licensed).
- Deliver exceptional client service and provide follow-up support.
- Set and meet personal goals with independence and discipline.
- Uphold our standards of honesty, professionalism, and client-first focus.
What We're Looking For
- No previous insurance experience needed — we provide all the training and tools.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and ambitious individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
