A US security clearance may or may not be required for this position, therefore applicants must be clearable.** We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to work on our Switch Core development team. Responsibilities: Work primarily on our Switch Core development teamProgram in Java or C++ development, interfacing to embedded software and hardware interfaces Assist in the design and development of the application code required for the MVP and MVP2 mission conferencing systems Writing of technical documents to include software design specifications and test plan Requirements: BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering 0-5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer primarily using Java or C++ Programming applications running in an embedded environment, preferably on Linux OS Experience with networking, Virtual environments and Linux servers desired Strong Object-Oriented Design skills Good interpersonal and organizational skills We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
