The Kable Group is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to be the day-to-day presence at a client facility in Columbus, OH. You will manage the lifecycle of onsite associates, including orientation, attendance, performance, retention, and turnover, while coordinating with the branch recruiting team and the Account Manager. You will monitor headcount, fill rates, and time to fill, conduct site orientations and safety briefings, and ensure onboarding/compliance processes, I-9/E-Verify, and payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr The Kable Group
