Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,566 per week in La Junta, CO Description Physical Therapist Location: La Junta, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,566 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 9/21/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks or longer Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4x10s every other week; Monday to Friday, 4x9s and 1x4 every other week Hours per Shift: 10 or 9 hours, depending on the week Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant PT experience License: Current State PT License Certifications: Current BLS Must-Have: Relevant and recent PT experience Current state PT license Current BLS certification Master of Science in Physical Therapy Excellent electronic record navigation skills Willingness to supervise PTAs Minimum 1 year of clinic experience Strong orthopedic skills Inpatient/Acute care experience Outpatient experience Experience with electronic medical record systems Description: This is a 13-week assignment, or longer. The position requires flexibility to float between outpatient and inpatient care. Outpatient care will make up approximately 80% of the responsibilities, while inpatient care will consist of acute care and swing bed services, making up 20% of the role. Candidates must be willing to accept 40 hours guaranteed per week. Supervisory responsibilities for PTAs will be included in this role. Strong orthopedic skills and both inpatient and outpatient experience are critical for success. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical record navigation.
