Location Gardens of Germantown The Gardens of Germantown 3179 Professional Plz Germantown, TN 38138, USA Responsibilities Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments Collect, store, and ensure the transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts Assist in the development and revision of service plans. Inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director Required Qualifications Minimum age 21 years old Effective verbal and written communication in English Meet state or provincial health-related requirements Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently an LPN/LVN Maintain any other certifications required by state or provincial regulations Desired Behaviors Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Benefits 401k PRN Shift: 7 am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.
