Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement patient care with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming patients to determine urgency and prioritize care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and evaluate responses to interventions.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
