What You'll Do

• Provide critical care for severely ill patients within the ICU, continuously monitoring vital signs
• Administer medications and perform complex procedures, including responding rapidly to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Float to the Emergency Department to handle hold patients and occasionally support other units like MedSurg
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols
• Support patient safety and infection control standards during your shift

What You Need

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• Prior ICU experience preferred
• BLS certification (ACLS as required)
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
