Financial Analyst

Insurance Administration SupportDuration: 12+ months contract with potential for FTE conversionJob Description: This position provides essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology.Responsibilities:Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support.Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy.Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems.Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements.Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation.Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems.Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows.Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers.Experience:Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Financial & Accounting, Insurance Operations or Insurance Cost, Insurance administrationSkills:Experience with SAP financial modulesKnowledge of month-end accrual processesEducation:High School Grad / GED or Bachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceAbout US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
