Accountant I

Responsable de analizar, reconciliar, ajustar y aplicar pagos a las cuentas por cobrar de los clientes asignados con el propósito de reflejar los balances actualizados y con la precisión requerida para producir los análisis de reservas de cuentas incobrables y los estados financieros de la empresa. Requiere interactuar con los clientes internos de las divisiones de: Suscripción, Finanzas, Ventas y Administración de Cuentas, y Gerencia de Servicios y clientes externos: asegurados, cuentas gubernamentales, cuentas grupales de Puerto Rico y, o Estados Unidos, sus Third Party Administrators (TPA’S), Productores y Asociaciones Patronales para obtener la información necesaria para la reconciliación y cobro de los balances pendientes de pago. Aplica los principios de contabilidad para analizar información de las cuentas por cobrar asignadas. Analiza y reconcilia la información para preparar y procesar las transacciones en los sistemas de cuentas a cobrar. Recibe, analiza y resuelve peticiones de grupos, asociaciones, asegurados, según aplique. Realiza gestiones de cobro, peticiones de información adicional y seguimiento a balances pendientes. Prepara reconciliaciones de pago y hojas de trabajo relacionadas a las cuentas asignadas. Reconcilia, procesa y distribuye pagos y devolución de primas. Prepara análisis y estadísticas de cobro y reconciliación de cuentas. Atiende y orienta con prontitud y profesionalismo a los clientes. Realiza tareas generales de oficina tales como archivar, codificar, fotocopiar, digitar, cotejar facturas y documentos en general. Aquellos empleados designados “dueños de controles” son responsables por asegurar que los controles internos financieros y de seguridad de información se ejecuten según diseñados y que se mantengan actualizados, resolver cualquier observación relacionada a controles internos a tiempo y notificar al “dueño del proceso”. Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, concentración en Contabilidad o Finanzas De 6 meses a un año de experiencia en Reconciliaciones de Cuentas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Triple-S Management Corp.
