Responsibilities

• Climbing towers and ladders at various heights averaging 250 feet
• Erecting various tower types
• Preparation and cleaning of telecommunication sites
• Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers
• Follow safety procedures
• Identify and select the proper rigging materials per weight and size of load
• Perform guy wire change outs, tower modifications and plumb and tension
• Read a compass, set azimuths and down tilts per specifications
• Provide technical guidance to junior hands while on tower under the direction of foreman

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or foreign equivalent plus one year experience in the job offered. At least 75% of travel time travel to Northeast and MidAtlantic regions of the USA to work on cell sites for cellular tower construction and installation and repair of cellular equipment. Travel is inherent to the nature of this position.
