What You'll Do

• We're seeking a qualified professional to design and implement engaging educational curricula, ensuring alignment with developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards. This includes developing classroom activities and materials.
• We're looking for a leader who will motivate and support their teaching team, modeling excellence and providing constructive coaching to ensure team success.
• To promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth, you'll plan and execute individual and group activities tailored to the children's age and needs.
• Our ideal candidate will maintain open and regular communication with parents through various means, including informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• It's essential to ensure that all center policies and state regulations are adhered to at all times.
• We require a dedicated individual to maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment, adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• As part of our team, you'll supervise teacher assistants and volunteers, ensuring they follow planned activities and adhere to our standards.
• A strong organizational skillset is required to maintain accurate records, forms, and files.
• To stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education, you'll create a personal professional development plan, aiming to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Equivalent of a high school diploma

First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification

WI Registry level 7 or higher

Prior experience in early childhood education

Nice To Haves

We're particularly interested in candidates with Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification, as well as WI Registry level 7 or higher. Prior experience in early childhood education is also highly desirable.
