Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and construct tailored therapy strategies that align with their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage efficiently with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive holistic care.
• Education for Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Maintain meticulous records of clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Encouragement for ongoing education or certifications following graduation.

Licensure

• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
