(Note: Contingent upon program award).Cloud I provides entry‑level technical advisory support to government programs, assisting with oversight of cloud‑based software systems, documentation reviews, and compliance assessments in a SETA capacity.Cloud II provides independent technical advisory support, evaluating cloud‑based software solutions, architectures, and contractor performance to ensure mission alignment, security, and scalability.Cloud III serves as a trusted technical advisor to government leadership, providing strategic oversight and guidance across complex, cloud‑based software programs in a SETA role.What will you do?Cloud ISupport review of cloud‑based software architectures and design documentationAssist with assessment of contractor cloud solutions for alignment with requirements and standardsSupport analysis of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) from an oversight perspectiveHelp maintain technical documentation, requirements traceability, and assessment artifactsParticipate in technical reviews, working groups, and cloud architecture discussionsTrack cloud‑related risks, issues, and action items under senior guidanceSupport coordination between government stakeholders and cloud service providersCloud IIAnalyze and assess cloud‑based software architectures and design approachesReview contractor cloud implementation plans, migration strategies, and technical deliverablesEvaluate compliance with cloud security, governance, and enterprise architecture standardsAdvise program leadership on cloud tradeoffs, risks, and integration impactsSupport Agile and DevSecOps processes as a government technical advisorContribute to development of cloud technical guidance and evaluation criteriaPrepare cloud‑focused technical briefings and recommendationsCloud IIIProvide senior‑level advisory support on cloud architecture strategy and lifecycle managementLead government reviews of contractor cloud designs, roadmaps, and modernization effortsAdvise leadership on cloud scalability, security, resiliency, and cost considerationsSupport development of cloud governance frameworks, technical standards, and evaluation criteriaParticipate in senior technical reviews, milestone events, and executive briefingsAssess alignment of cloud solutions with mission needs and enterprise cloud strategiesMentor junior and mid‑level cloud software expertsSupport acquisition and source selection activities with cloud technical expertiseDo you have what it takes?TS/SCI with Poly RequiredCloud I1-4 years of experience supporting software or cloud‑based systemsFoundational understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecturesStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900), Google Cloud Digital Leader Preferred (DoD/IC): CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain)Cloud II5-9 years of experience supporting software‑intensive or cloud‑based systemsStrong understanding of cloud architectures, shared responsibility models, and service offeringsExperience performing technical oversight of contractor cloud solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills(one or more): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305 or equivalent), Google Professional Cloud ArchitectBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: CompTIA Security+ or higher, SAFe Agilist or Agile‑related certificationCloud IIIBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred10+ years of experience supporting software‑intensive or cloud‑centric programsDeep understanding of enterprise cloud architectures and multi‑cloud environmentsProven experience providing technical oversight and advisory support (non‑developer role)Strong leadership, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills(one or more) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud ArchitectPreferred Qualifications: CISSP or CCSP, DoD 8570 / 8140 compliance certificationsOptional: SAFe Agilist, ITIL, or Cloud Security Alliance certifications
