Now Hiring: Compassionate Caregivers & Home Health Aides 

Pay: $15.50–$18.00/hour (depending on availability, length of experience, and skillset)

Shifts: Flexible scheduling – part-time, full-time, and potential overnights available for those with a high skillset.

Bonus: $1,2500 New Hire Bonus – ask us how!

We are not a standard "9 to 5" agency — schedules are created based on each client’s individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same.

We proudly serve Washtenaw County and the city of Belleville — with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area. They must also live within 30 minutes of Ann Arbor.

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Maintain a safe environment and follow care plans
• Support mobility and transfers
• Communicate observations and changes to the office promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, dependable, and professional nature
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required)
• Reliable transportation, valid ID, and verifiable car insurance (hard requirement)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Minimum travel time requirement: You must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments. This does not mean you will always travel that far, but it is a requirement for placement flexibility.
