Licensing Specialist

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience while collaborating with the Credentialing and Licensing Team. Key responsibilities: Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including tracking and communication of all licensing activities Ensure timely completion of licensure applications for new and current specialists, meeting compliance needs across multiple states Communicate effectively with physicians and internal teams regarding licensing processes and support state board applications Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards) Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
