Rehab Nursing Supervisor - Lead Care & Staff Training

Position Summary: Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications: Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable. CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified Desired Qualifications: Inpatient rehabilitation experience Previous supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
