Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a growth marketer to run the full marketing surface: channels, ad production, media buying, and the measurement that ties it all together. You’ll be the operator who owns the budget, the creative pipeline, and the result. Every dollar managed well compounds, and every channel is an experiment waiting to be shipped. The right person here builds a flywheel the rest of the company runs on. What you’ll do Run ad production in partnership with content and creative. Own media buying: budget, bidding, and reallocation as signals come in. Build measurement and reporting the team can trust. Ship experiments faster than anyone expects. What we’re looking for 4+ years of growth marketing, ideally in consumer, marketplaces, or DTC. Hands‑on with paid platforms, lifecycle tooling, and analytics. Strong analytical chops, comfortable in SQL, comfortable defending a model. Bias toward shipping experiments over polishing decks.
