HiredFirst seeks an experienced therapy recruiter to source and submit top PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP candidates for travel, local contract and permanent roles. You will screen licensure, gather credentials and move strong candidates quickly to interview and offer stages. As an independent contractor, you’ll use your own sourcing tools and networks, with revenue sharing that rewards performance and client results. Nationwide contracts with high pay potential.
