Tryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in State College, PA 16801. This is an 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: State College, PA 16801

Duration: 8 weeks contract with all possible extension

Work Schedule: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM Every other weekend/holiday required

Guarantee Hours: 40

Pay rate: $28/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
• Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
• Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
• Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Current and valid CNA license in PA- No license hits allowed
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
