Performs patient assessment and conducts prescribed therapeutic procedures and implements appropriate modalities accordingly. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes consistent with evidence-based practice. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) Excellent communication skills preferred. RRT credential awarded by the NBRC preferred to start, required within 90 days of hire.
