Operations Analyst - Leading Investment Firm

A well-known Investment firm is seeking a Credit Loan Middle Office Analyst to join their team on a Contract Capacity . This role involves providing essential operational support for the settlement of syndicated loan transactions and collaborating with various stakeholders to effectively manage the trade processing life cycle. Potential for conversion / extension depending on performance. Key Responsibilities Assist with the operational processes related to primary and secondary syndicated loan transactions. Engage with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve exceptions throughout the trade lifecycle. Ensure accuracy in trade processing while adhering to operational efficiency standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Candidates should have internship experience in finance or 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Skills Strong communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively across various business disciplines. Highly motivated team player with strong personal initiative. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to analyze issues and provide clear explanations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and Adobe. Demonstrated track record of accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
