Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled X-ray/Radiologic Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. The candidate will ensure high-quality imaging services while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to produce accurate radiographs of designated anatomical areas.
• Assist physicians in positioning patients and ensuring patient comfort during procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Document procedures thoroughly and accurately in patient records.
• Adhere to all hospital and regulatory guidelines related to radiologic practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Radiologic or X-ray Technician.
• Knowledge of anatomy, radiologic procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to operate various imaging equipment proficiently.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and EOW.
