Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend requirements: Yes, every other weekend. Floating between like units is required. Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. The ER receives approximately 170 patients per day and operates as a Level 1 stroke and cardiac center while functioning as a Level II trauma center. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients. Manage and triage patients effectively in a fast-paced environment. Perform advanced nursing skills, including arterial line management and care for ventilated patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary support team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize the EPIC charting system for documentation and patient records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ER RN. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC. EPIC charting experience is essential. Compact RN license must be in hand at submission. Why ARMStaffing?
