Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Room position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and at least 1 year of prior travel ER experience.

Details

• Emergency Room unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Rotating schedule includes every other weekend (Friday and Saturday)
• Call and holiday rotation required
• May float to a Psych Hold area

Requirements

• Active CT or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of prior travel experience specifically in an ER setting — non-negotiable
• Previous travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
• RTO is limited to 3 days or fewer, and no holiday RTO will be approved
• Staff are included in mandatory overtime rotation on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage
