Integration Technology Business Analyst III

C.H Robinson is seeking an Integration Technology Business Analyst III who will lead and manage multiple digital integration projects in support of our Global Forwarding business, delivering robust technical solutions that are supportable, stable, and aligned to enterprise architecture. The Integration Technology Business Analyst III elicits and creates requirements for our customer digital integration, learning the customer's business processes, analyzing data, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our internal practices. You will consult on digital communication technology methodologies and solutions that span multiple technical domains while contributing to team process development and continuous improvement efforts. This role partners with, educates, and influences internal and external partners, building and maintaining effective working relationships.This role can be based only in MN, IL, or Kansas CityDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Leads and manages multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity, defining new patterns, leveraging existing patterns, and addressing gaps in the platform, partners with business and technology teams on more complex customersFacilitates effective meetings, keeps internal and external stakeholders informed, sets and maintains project scope and timelines, mitigates risks, partners with others to resolve technical issues, provides guidance and consultation to the project team, ensures deliverables are met by managing day-to-day work, and escalates issues appropriatelyPartners with stakeholders and business resources to learn business processes, elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements that result in solution designs that deliver value and meet the business needs. Provides alternatives that will help drive speed to marketDocuments and validates current and future state operational processes and end to end data flows, reviews documentation with the appropriate stakeholders, and evaluates and communicates the business operations impactCreates and tailors, or maintains project artifacts such as matrices, project\test plans, and technical documentation for customer specific implementationsProvides solution education, monitors end to end data flow and drives issue resolution as neededConsults, collaborates to build partnerships with internal and external partners, and influences others to translate innovative business requirements into integration implementations and advocates for enhanced solutions that align with modern methods of integrationManages business and technical risk areas by creating and executing a comprehensive test plan (Regression Quality Assurance Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing)Owns cross functional testing scenarios, including creating, executing, and educating the teamProvides training and coaching through partnering on team initiatives, paired analysis, peer project reviews, providing and receiving soft skill training and feedbackStays informed of evolving business modes, services, and application and technology capabilities essential to designing and implementing partner integration solutionsOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience 3+ years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teamsExperience with standard data exchange formats (delimited flat files, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, or IDOC)Experience with API requirements, implementation, and testingExperience leading project teamsMinimum 2 years of experience delivering projects in an agile environmentBachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GEDPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with JSONAI literacy and experience utilizing AI-enabled toolsBusiness and/or technical knowledge of transportation, logistics, or global forwardingExperience with communication protocols (AS2, FTP, VAN, web services)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a manner that is understood by all partnersExperience facilitating meetings, keeping focus, balancing multiple viewpoints from stakeholders, and resolving conflict as necessaryA learning and growth mindsetAn openness to giving and receiving feedbackA willingness to coach others, sharing knowledge, skills, and lessons learnedStrong analytical, problem solving and process mapping skillsProficient in using SQL and/or other data query toolsAbility to take on multiple priorities, manage them independently, prioritize work for self and others to manage time effectively, and deliver on commitmentsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.Compensation Range$85,100.00 - $134,400.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
