Construction Inspection Supervisor

Hill is seeking a Construction Inspection Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA for Spring 2026

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues in the field to project management.
• Provide solutions to mitigate problems as they arise.
• Observe field work, ensuring workmanship and materials meet standards.
• Document work using PennDOT or Pennsylvania Turnpike daily inspection report and various other reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of transportation, highway, or bridge construction inspection experience.
• Active Professional Engineer's License.
• NICET Level IV Certification in Highway Construction (only NICET Certifications in Highway Construction are allowed unless other NICET subfields are requested for Central Office approval).
• PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification or NECEPT Field Technician Certification.
