Position Overview: - Location: Wilmington, DE, 19803 - Target Start: November 30, 2026 - Target End: Long-Term - Ages: 3 months - Pets: None - Parking: Driveway - Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. About the Family: As first-time parents, this family is seeking a proactive, nurturing nanny who genuinely enjoys working with infants and understands the importance of early childhood development. They value trust, open communication, and a collaborative relationship with their nanny, and hope to find someone who will work alongside them to create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for their child. The ideal candidate is attentive, communicative, and engaged, with the ability to take initiative and introduce creative, age-appropriate activities that support the baby's growth, development, and exploration. Responsibilities: - Full child care - Child laundry - Child meal prep - Tidy common areas Compensation: - Pay: $25-$30/hr gross - Paid Vacation: 2 weeks - Paid sick/personal: 5 days - Paid Holidays: All federal holidays Qualifications: - At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience - In-home infant experience - Personal vehicle and clean driving record - Comfortable with WFH parent - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations Required: Flu, Tdap, MMR, Cvid Reference Job ID: POU02
