Local Delivery Driver (CDL B) Indianapolis, IN, United States | Request ID: req29969 | Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm What you will enjoy doing Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service. Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up. Complete hazardous material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT regulations. Conduct and report pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections. Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance. Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business goals and customer needs. Continuously deepen knowledge of how Linde’s business operates to aid organizational growth, and perform other duties as assigned. What Makes You Great High school diploma or GED with proficiency in reading and writing in English. Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a truck driving school, plus a valid Class B CDL. Age 21 or older. Hazardous materials endorsement on your CDL or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire. No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years. No alcohol‑related convictions within the last ten years. Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate. Capability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
