RN Step DownJob Title: RN Step DownShift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PMHours per Shift: 13Experience: Minimum 2 yearsLicense: Active RN licenseCertifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHMust-Have: Experience in Progressive Care Unit, Critical Care experienceDescription: HFNC, BIPAP, and stable GTT management experience are required. Experience with post-operative care for CABG, AVR, and MVR patients is essential. Knowledge in managing cardiovascular and vascular cases, including AAA repair, is needed. Experience with lobectomy, CEA, NSTEMI, STEMI, and acute coronary syndrome is expected. Familiarity with pacing, sepsis management, gastrointestinal bleeding, and post-DKA care is important. Respiratory failure and tracheostomy care experience is also required.
