Must-Have Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field ; advanced degree with 0 years experience is acceptable.
0-3 years of relevant materials engineering/laboratory experience.
Strong foundational knowledge of materials science .
Hands-on laboratory experience from industrial, research, or academic environments.
Ability to perform hands-on lab testing and material evaluation .
Experience with data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting .
Ability to assess/evaluate changes in operations, materials, or processes .
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new tasks .
Ability to work independently with general supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
