Type: Contract

Work Schedule:

• Training: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Regular Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Production Technician III – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Experienced Production Technician with over 2+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specializing in aseptic processing and cleanroom operations . Proven ability to work independently, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead manufacturing activities in controlled environments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (MANDATORY)
• Strong hands-on experience in aseptic processing (MANDATORY)
• Expertise in cleanroom protocols and contamination control
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and make process-critical decisions
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience working with sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within aseptic and cleanroom environments , strictly following GMP and sterile processing standards
• Perform critical manufacturing tasks including:
• Equipment preparation and setup
• Stopper preparation and sterilization
• Manual and semi-automated inspection processes
• Packaging operations for pharmaceutical products
• Sanitization of classified/controlled areas
• Operation and monitoring of autoclaves
• Maintain compliance with aseptic core certification requirements (training provided post-hire)
• Independently execute production processes after training with minimal supervision
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
• Troubleshoot production issues and make critical process decisions in real time
• Oversee and guide junior manufacturing team members, ensuring performance standards are met
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements
